Converted to a hotel by its present private owners, Gissing Hall naturally retains the feel and charm of a country house, whilst providing guests with all the facilities and enjoyment of a modern hotel. The hall is surrounded by five acres of woodlands, lawns, old roses, trellising, croquet lawn and large expanse of ornamental water spanned by a bridge. All give possibilities for idle pleasure and excellent photographs.

Gissing Hall's licensed ballroom is ideal for your civil ceremony – formal but not stiff. Between the ceremony and your wedding breakfast in the splendid refurbished marquee there is time for drinks on the front lawn and for photographs. Close to the ballroom is the morning room. This can be reserved for the bridal party as a base and as a retreat for peace and quiet.

The spacious, gorgeous bridal suite has a jacuzzi bathroom and its two large windows face south over the gardens.
